Amisha Patel, MD is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons, and Associate Director of Precision Medicine at the Center for Interventional and Vascular Therapy at Columbia University Medical Center.
Dr. Patel is board certified in Interventional Cardiology, Cardiovascular Disease and Internal Medicine by American Board of Internal Medicine. She is also certified by the American Society of Echocardiography, and specializes in interventional cardiology and the treatment of heart valve disease.
Dr. Patel attended the University of Michigan Medical School, Ann Arbor, Michigan and did her residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital, New Haven, Connecticut. She did her general cardiology fellowship at Northwestern University, Chicago, Illinois and her fellowship in interventional cardiology at Columbia University Medical Center.
